Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://ynnailsandbeautysalon.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, YN Nails & Beauty Salon markets and arranges Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Natural Hair Extensions, Body Contouring, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Laser Hair Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by YN Nails & Beauty Salon or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. YN Nails & Beauty Salon may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. YN Nails & Beauty Salon makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, YN Nails & Beauty Salon's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify YN Nails & Beauty Salon from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Updates. YN Nails & Beauty Salon reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
